At Swami Shri Prannath Parnami Agricultural College, we ensure a dynamic classroom experience that includes smart classrooms and a unique teaching methodology. When it comes to education, we take a dynamic approach that involves not just theoretical knowledge but also practical application. The campus is well-connected, with Wi-Fi available in all areas to ensure that everyone has access to the internet. Virtual labs are also available to develop a comprehensive learning management system. To provide a progressive learning experience, there are also a variety of learning materials available, such as web resources, animated demonstrations, self-evaluation, audio video lectures, and the like.
The learning is not just limited to the classroom but we understand that it is outside the classroom where real learning begins, therefore, we have a wide array of activities planned for the students to ensure that they attain the required skill set and knowledge.

Computer Lab
Computers have transformed the mode of working completely. We understand the gravity of the situation where computer knowledge is mandatory for most sectors. Thus, in the college, elementary computer education is mandatory for all first-year students. Also, there is facility of Wi-Fi in each and every corner of the campus to ensure that our students stay updated with the technology. There are practical trainings as well of computers to ensure that students are able to incorporate practical skills along with learning.
Internal Assessment Tests
There are also internal assessment tests held at regular intervals to ensure quality of education. It is mandatory for the students to appear in these tests.
Internal assessments evaluate the working of an employee internally and help us to assess the candidates from our perspective. An expert internal evaluator is engaged in conducting the tests who is well equipped to carry out the checks.
Field Work
We believe in the 'hands-on' approach when it comes to learning. Thus, we have programs like Nursery, Animal Husbandry, Mushroom Cultivation, Green House, Mechanized Farming, Cold Storage, Agri-Processing, and a lot more to ensure the practical approach in learning.
Study trips
discussions are also one of the most effective tools of education. Students can have group discussions not only amongst their friends, classmates and peers but also with new people.
This reignites their interest in studies and time to time visit to different education institute and research stations like as Date Palm Research Institute (Bikaner), CAZRI Jodhpur, Central Institute for Arid Horticulture (Bikaner), National Research Centre on seed Spices (Ajmer), CPRI (HP), Punjab Agriculture University (Ludhiana) and various other research centers like- NBPGR, ICAR, IGFRI, etc.
Krishi Vigyan Kendra visits (K.V.Ks)
K.V.K. is right next to the campus. The proximity to KVK helps us keep students aware of frequent updates in the field of Agriculture in the nearby area. KVK's main goals are to create need-based and skill-oriented training programs for working farmers and farm women based on the principles of "Learning by Doing" and "Teaching by Doing." The KVK has put in a lot of effort towards disseminating innovations linked to arable rainfed and vegetable-based production systems through trainings, on-farm testing (OFTs), and front-line demonstrations (FLDs) and other extension activities.
The benefits of Krishi Vigyan Kendra have been given to students from time to time by Agriculture scientist & provides information about ongoing research on seasonal crops.
- Organize short- and long-term vocational training courses for farmers and rural youths in agricultural and allied sectors, with an emphasis on learning by doing to increase farm production and generate self-employment.
- On-farm testing is being done to find technologies for a location-specific sustainable land use system.
- Organize trainings on a regular basis to keep extension employees up to date on new agricultural research.
- Organize front-line demonstrations on a variety of crops using established technology in order to collect production data and feedback.
- Work as an agricultural technology resource and information center to support public, private, and voluntary efforts aimed at enhancing the district's agricultural economy.
Students Farmers Interactions
Our students have a one-on-one interaction with the farmers to ensure they get a better insight into the activities of the field. The objectives of our institution is to make small farmers aware of the necessary information and techniques related to agriculture so that their income and standard of living can be improved.
Our organization has been given training from time to time in the adopted village in all the processes ranging from sowing to harvest.
Seminars/Workshops
We conduct two-three Seminar/ workshops every year. In a learning bootcamp environment different and unique from classrooms, students learn more effectively and efficiently. Far from the textbooks and academic syllabuses, students research and learn on their own which boost their confidence, performance, and productivity.
